I take the effort to cook veggie stock for xuan Lin. The stock turn out to be very sweet. These stock are meant for cooking porridge, marconi or noodle. I boiled a big pot of stock that are suppose to use for a wk. Once the stock are cool then I transfer them to plastic bag and freeze. Hopefully I can continue to do this and provide more nutrition food for the kids.
Ingredient
2 sweet corn
2 carrot
2 big onion
2 celery
2 potato
Ikan billis
Red dates
Yellow bean
